This is the 500pt Celt list I've written out for you. Optional upgrades are listed in italics.

7 Naked Fanatics (10pts per model)
Axe, Smite/1 Ability (+8pts per model)
Elder Druid (35pts)
161 pts

9 Noble Warriors (8pts per model)
Axe, Light Armour, Smite/1 ability (+5pts per model)
Noble Chieftain, Standard Bearer, Carnyx (+45)

162pts

13 Warriors (3pts per model)
Light Armour, Large Shield, Thrusting Spear (+3pts per model)
Chieftain, + Carnyx, + Standard Bearer (+40pts)

118pts

6 Gaesatae (3pts per model)
Light armour, Small Shield (+2pts per model)

6 Slingers (5pts per model)
30pts

Just in case I haven't made it clear, the chieftains, standards, druids, etc are in addition to the number of warriors. So it's units of 8, 12 and 16, not 7, 9 and 13.
