....well sort of

It's been renamed as the competition rules, this has been put up on the games workshop site

http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... _Rules.pdf

This is the LRB 6 all be it renamed and heavily stripped down, it contains none of the pictures or background info for the reasons stated in the intro, all in all It looks pretty good tho, well that is compared to the 1st draft of it which was a completely unreadable pile of rubbish

You may notice the 3 new teams are not part of the rule book which is a shame.

I'm not even remotely surprised that this is a bag of crap and to be honest I am glad because of the fuss they kicked up prior to releasing it.

Fudge 'em, play 5th.

GW did threaten to produce this version of the LRB if people did not stop copying their rules/models etc and passing them off as their own.

Guess they finally did, oh well i guess most people will still play 5th edition or buy the PC version of blood bowl and play that instead.

Thanks Bennett.

I think what they actually said (correct me if I'm wrong) is they would remover star players and various positional players from the rules which they haven't done, all in all everything is there and it's a decent enough rule set, the problem is it just looks like it's been put together by a ten year old.

At the end of the day tho if they don't make the miniatures for these positions/players people are going to look for them elsewhere, it's basic supply and demand and as such is their own fault. I mean what was the point in making a 3rd griff figure when some teams (like norse) cant even field a full lineup of positional players.

Yeh i do think that GW are silly when it comes to their specialist games they could easily redo their entire ranges with ease and supply people with the models they need to field full teams/armies.
